Shipping & Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, untouched and unspoiled (i.e. in the same faultless condition as was the original good), in suitable packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The insurance of goods, while being returned, is on behalf of you.

 The shipping cost does not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.

 Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes.

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Please be noted that we use the services of an external company, mainly FedEx. If the package is visibly damaged (e.g., opened parcel or envelope, stains, visibly broken, tainted), do not accept the package. By accepting the visibly damaged package, we are ceased to be liable for any possible damage of delivered good.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 European Union 14 days cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, untouched and unspoiled (i.e. in the same faultless condition as was the original good), in suitable packaging.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (returned goods) to let you know if the refund was approved (i.e., if the good was not damaged while returned) or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
